Automatic capping (plugging), rotary capping machine is a star shaped disc or conveyor for bottle feeding. The capping mechanism automatically caps or the mechanical arm takes the cap and sends it to the capping head, which completes the capping and sealing perpendicular to the bottle mouth. Suitable for sealing forms such as screw caps and press caps. The capping device is adjustable to adapt to different tightness levels of bottle caps and avoid damage to the bottle caps during capping.
Easy to operate and control. By using programmable logic controller (PLC) and human-machine interface (touch screen) operation, the filling volume, output, and speed can be directly set on the touch screen of the automatic filling machine.
Intelligent and reliable detection. Using an intelligent detection system and high-quality detection components, it can detect the presence or absence of bottles, transport blockages, and the presence or absence of caps (plugs) during bottle pouring, as well as the occurrence of inaccurate positioning and other errors. Ensure reliable shutdown and alarm in case of any errors at any stage.
You can choose combinations as needed. It may be possible to use it as a standalone machine in conjunction with other existing machines, such as configuring labeling machines, coding machines, packaging machines, etc. according to the user’s needs.
