The LR series high shear homogenizer is developed by our company based on the theory of emulsion stability. This device uses the mechanical energy provided by a high-speed rotating high shear fixed rotor system to mix one phase into another. Through the deformation and rupture of coarse droplets, the coarse droplets are quickly broken into micro droplets * of 120nm to 5um, ultimately completing a uniform emulsification process.
The homogenizer adopts a mobile hanger form, which can be easily pushed to any location for use.

Due to the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the material is sucked into the dispersing head of the homogenizer in the axial direction and then thrown out of the fixed rotor teeth in a radial pattern. The extremely high acceleration acting on the material generates strong shear and crushing forces. In addition, the strong turbulence generated by the clearance between the stator and rotor plays a suitable mixing role in the suspension process.
The materials are sucked into the high-speed rotating fixed rotor system of the homogenizer in a spiral shape from both the upper and lower directions. After the comprehensive action of the fixed rotor system, they scatter 360 ° from the stator gap to the container wall, flow through the inertia to the bottom and pages of the container, and then sucked into the fixed rotor subsystem from both the upper and lower ends, forming a large circulation emulsification of the entire container.
